Ingredients For butter pecan biscotti

1 boxbutter pecan cake mix

1 call purpose flour
-
1/2 cbutter, melted
-
2 lgeggs
-
3 Tbsppure maple syrup (do not use pancake syrup)

2 1/2 tspinstant coffee powder
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract
-
1 cwhite chocolate chips
-
1 cconfectioners' sugar
-
2 Tbspbrewed coffee
-
1 cpecans, finely chopped
How To Make butter pecan biscotti

1In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, flour, butter, eggs, syrup, coffee granules & vanilla until well blended (dough will be very thick). Fold in chips. Divide dough in 1/2.

2On an ungreased baking sheet, shape each portion into a 12" x 2" rectangle. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown.

3Place pans on wire racks. When cool enough to handle, transfer to a cutting board; cut diagonally with a serrated knife into 3/4" slices. Place cut side down on ungreased baking sheets.

4Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until firm. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

5In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar & coffee. Drizzle over biscotti; sprinkle with pecans. Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container.
