Ingredients

white sugar
molassas

Step-By-Step

1In your food processor, put any amount of white sugar you would like.
2Drizzle Molasses until the consistency of your chosen darkness or lightness preferred.
3Stir half-way through processing, to stir up the molasses which may settle at the bottom of your processor container.
4Mix well, and remove to a container to seal up well.

The Molassas aroma may be strong when the brown sugar is fresh, but this will disapate as it is stored.

I use nothing else other than homemade brown sugar. Its wonderful.
