A delicious cake that I serve for breakfast, but is impressive enough to serve anytime. I combined 2 different recipes of mine to create this one. It's awesome!

Ingredients

2 3/4 c
flour
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
sugar
1 c
buttermilk
3
eggs,slightly beaten
1 c
melted, butter
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
3 c
blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed

CRUMBLE

1 stick
butter, cubed
1/4 c
flour
1/2 c
sugar
2 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish. I use bakers secret

In a medium bowl, sift dry ingredients and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat together the milk, melted butter, vanilla and eggs.

Add the flour mixture into the wet, just until blended.
2Spread batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the top evenly with the blueberries.
3In a food processor, process the crumb mixture until crumbly.
4Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over cake and bake for 50 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
5Cool completely or serve warm with maybe a scoop of ice cream.
