Heat oven to 350'F. Prepare cake mix according to package's low-fat directions. Stir in cherries. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 8" pans. Bake 25 min. Cool. Cut each cake into 2 layers. Spread 1/2 cup whipped topping and 2/3 cup pie filling on first layer. Repeat with next two layers. Frost cake and pipe on lattice.
