Samantha's Story

I was told by a family member to never make this again because he almost ate the whole cake in one day

Ingredients

CAKE MIX
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple with juices 15 oz
2 c
flour
2 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking soda
2
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
CREAM CHEESE ICING
1 stick
butter
2 c
confectioners' sugar
1 pkg
cream cheese
OPTIONAL TOPPING
toasted sweetend coconut

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix cake ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes

Blend all ingredients for icing together and ice cake when it cools
