1In sauce pan bring the water to a boil,then turn off heat and whisk in the cocoa.Mix until smooth.Put aside and let it cool.In separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda,powder and salt,set aside.
2Mix together butter, sugar,vanilla.Add eggs,one at the time,mix until fluffy.Alternately add the flour mixture and the cool cocoa mixture,until combine.
3Prepare two 9 inch round cake pans (or any pan you prefer ,I made three different sizes square pans).
4Bake in 350 degrees preheat oven,for 45 minutes,or until toothpick comes out clean.Cool completely.
5For the frosting: melt the chocolate in a double boiler,stirring constantly.Cool.In a bowl mix together the confectioners'sugar and cocoa.Set aside.
6In the mixer bowl,mix together the butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add the confectioners' sugar mixture,sour cream and vanilla.
7Slowly add the melted ,cool chocolate.Mix just until combine.
8Split each layer of the cake in half.Spread frosting on top of each layer.Spread evenly on top and on the sides.Decorate.
