half whole wheat flour & half white or use all freshly ground soft white berries
oil, melted butter or applesauce
unsweetened coconut (if using sweetened just reduce amount of brown sugar)
Combine dry ingredients.
Combine bananas, honey, oil, vanilla & eggs until well blended.
Add flour mixture & beat well.
Pour batter in well greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
Bake at 350' for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Place all the topping ingredients in a small saucepan.
Simmer for 1 minutes over medium heat while stirring.
Remove from heat & stir in the coconut & nuts.
