1preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a 13x9 inch pan with foil extending over the edges. Grease foil.
2microwave butter and chocolate on high 2 min. or until butter is melted. ( I use a double boiler to melt my chocolate and butter). stir in sugar. blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and nuts, mix well. spread into prepared pan.
3bake 30-35 minutes. or until toothpick comes out without fudgy crumbs. Do not over bake. Cool in pan on wire rack. Remove brownies from pan. Using foil as handles.
4Cake like brownies, prepare as directed stirring in 1/2 cup milk along with eggs and vanilla and increase the flour to 1 1/2 cups.
