Ingredients

eggs
1 can(s)
# 2 size can of crushed pineapple
2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
vanilla
1 pinch
of salt
1 c
pecans
for the icing mix
1 pkg
cream cheese
2 c
powdered sugar
1 stick
butter
1 tsp
vanilla
pecans to garnish

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all cake ingredients in large bowl and put in a greased 9x11 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

While cake is baking make the icing and ice cake while it is still hot. The icing is thick and it will cook some on the hot cake melting into the cake a little but also will seal off.
