This is a "really QUICK" way to make a moist and Yummy raisin bread. The Longer this sits the better it gets. Honestly. This also freezes well for Holiday Gifts.

2 1/3 Cbisquick original

3eggs
-
1 Cbrn sugar

1 1/2 capplesauce

1/2 Cvegetable oil

1/2 tspcinnamon

1 tsppure vanilla extract ( not imitation)

1 1/2 Craisins
How To Make "applesauce raisin bread"

1Beat eggs, add sugar, applesauce, oil & vanilla in mixing bowl. Beat until mixed.

2Add: Bisquick, mix well. Stir in raisins, pour into oiled loaf pan.

3Bake: @ 350 until top springs back when touched. (about 1 hr.)some ovens a little more. will be a nice golden brown top. NORE: This will rise a lot and the top will usually split before its done.

4wrap in foil while warm. serve warm or freeze till your ready for a snack. this makes wonderful gifts.
