Ingredients

3	eggs,beaten
2 c	sugar
1 c	canola oil
2 tsp	vanilla
1 tsp	orange extract
1 tsp	cinnamon
2 c	zucchini, grated
1 c	applesauce, unsweetened
1 c	sour cream
4 c	flour
1 tsp	baking soda
1 tsp	baking powder
1 c	chopped nuts if you want

Play'n in the kitchen led to this super delicious cake! I mixed in applesauce and zucchini and WA-Lah, this is what you get!! Enjoy

Directions

Cream the eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and orange extract and cinnamon together mixing well.. add in the applesauce..

Add grated zucchini. Slowly stir in flour and soda and b powder. mixing very well.. Put into a 9x13 inch pan.

Bake 350* for 1 hour. let cool.. I have frosted it with a cream cheese frosting with nuts on top.. or sometimes I just serve it unfrosted.. It is a very moist cake.. Enjoy
