Preheat oven to 350*. Spray an 11X17 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Beat eggs and oil. Gradually add sugar and pumpkin. Beat well.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, and cinnamon thoroughly.
Gradually add dry mix into pumpkin mixture.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
While cake is baking, mix together cream cheese, mild, butter, and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled bars.
