1Use a devils food cake mix. Make sure to spray with Pam or some other baking spray. Pour mixed cake mix in pan and follow directions for baking for a 9 X 13 in cake. Bake till toothpick comes out clean. Leave in Pan and let cool._( Do Not take out of the pan.)
2When Cake is cooled take a wooden spoon and use handle to poke several holes in top of cake. About 25 should be enough. After that then comes the sauces. Pour both jars Caramel and butterscotch over the top of the cake let it set till the cake has absorbed all the sauce. Take 1 Bag Heath bar bits and pour over the top of the cake then a layer of walnuts about 1/2 of the origiional amount.
3When that is all done let the cake rest in refrigerator till ready to serve. Remove and frost with the Cool Whip and add the 2nd bag of Heath Bar bits and Walnuts to top Sprinkle generously over whipped cream. Serves 12 to 16 .
