Brenda Crafton Recipe

5 Minute Mug Cake

By Brenda Crafton idothecookin

A friend shared this recipe with me through my e-mail. I thought it was such a great idea when you don't want to prepare a whole cake! This is said to be the most dangerous cake in the world, because now we are only 5 minutes away from a chocolate cake anytime, day or night!

I have this recipe! Its for my 750 watt microwave - cook for five minutes. It's awesome! When my eldest daughter and I get together - We make three or four of these and a pot of tea and catch up.

Glad you found this again, Amy. Enjoy!

Ria, I'm not even sure what wattage my micro is. Since I'm not sure, think I will start with 3 minutes and work my way up. Thank's for this info. Sounds like you and your daughter have it going on! What a neat idea! And, I DO love my hot tea, too!

Thea, yes, I would spray the mug first. If you haven't made this, yet, do so, and enjoy!
