| 3 Tbsp | milk |

| 3 Tbsp | chocolate chips |
| 1 dash(es) | vanilla extract |
| 1 lg | coffee mug |

A friend shared this recipe with me through my e-mail. I thought it was such a great idea when you don't want to prepare a whole cake! This is said to be the most dangerous cake in the world, because now we are only 5 minutes away from a chocolate cake anytime, day or night!
Directions
Add all dry ingredients to mug and mix well.Pour in milk and oil and mix.If using chocolate chips, add them now and mix.Add vanilla extract, and again, mix well.Cook in microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.Remove from microwave and allow to cool for short time.Tip out onto a small plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Ria, I'm not even sure what wattage my micro is. Since I'm not sure, think I will start with 3 minutes and work my way up. Thank's for this info. Sounds like you and your daughter have it going on! What a neat idea! And, I DO love my hot tea, too!
