For the cronut:
500 grams all-purpose flour
65 grams sugar
10 grams salt
20 grams softened butter
190 grams water
100 grams milk
11 grams dry active yeast
230 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
5 cups grapeseed oil
For assembly:
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cup vanilla cream
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon water

Not sure why the dry ingredients are here in metric but if you go to the original website you can get the recipe in American measurements! :-)
