I tried it and tripled the recipe, because I wanted lots of leftovers. Even though the flavors were there, it was quite soupy. After looking up other similar recipes, they all called for some corn starch. So I will try it again with that sometimes and see if works better. For anybody making this, save yourself the trouble and add at least a teaspoon of corn starch.

Christine you will probably have to taste it to see what taste right to you but I would start with 1/4 cup of brown sugar and add till it is to your liking. I am sure you can cook it in the oven also. I would start at 350 degrees for 45 minutes...just do not let it dry out.
