1/2 cup canned cream of coconut

2 egg yolks

1-2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1½ teaspoons coconut extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup shredded coconut flakes (the soft kind: sweetened or unsweetened) (I processed mine so that the flakes were tiny.)

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (very cold)
•
⅓- ½ cup powdered sugar
•
3 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
•
1 tablespoon canned cream of coconut ( (optional))

1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
