1½ cups milk, warmed in a saucepan to 105-110°F
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 large egg yolks
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 ½ cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 ¼ teaspoons fast rising yeast
10 tablespoons 1 stick +2 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into pieces, softened
Extra all-purpose flour for dusting work surface
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/3 cups semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
4 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
