Cheeseburger Soup

Name: Cheeseburger Soup
Ingredients: 300g ground beef; 3 tbsp butter mixed with 1 tbsp oil; a pinch of marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano and basil; ½ tbsp parsley flakes; 1 onion, chopped; 1 carrot, diced; 3 celery stalks, chopped; 2 potatoes, diced or sliced –whatever you want..it’s your soup; 3 cups chicken stock {or 1 knorr chicken cube dissolved in 3 cups water}; 1 cup whole milk; 2 cups diced Velveeta Cheese or 1 medium bottle of Cheez Whiz; ½ cup sour cream; 1tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water; salt and pepper to taste
