1½ cups buttermilk

Apple Cider Frosting:
•
7 1/2-8 cups confectioners’ sugar (to desired consistency)
•
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
•
1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
•
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
