Ingredients: 3 Cups Sugar; 1 Cup Water; 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup; 1/4 Cup Cinnamon Red Hot Candies; 1/4 teaspoon red food coloring (I just give it a good splash); 8 wooden ice cream sticks; 8 small apples
