- 2-1/2 c
- instant nonfat dry milk

- baking powder

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together to blend well.
2Put in a large airtight container. Label. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6-8 months.
3This makes about 13 cups of PANCAKE MIX. And following is a recipe to make Perfect Pancakes using this mix.
4Perfect Pancakes (Using above mix): For variety, add your favorite fruit to the batter.
1-1/2 cups Pancake mix 1 cup water
1 egg, slightly beaten 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Put Pancake Mix in a medium bowl. Combine egg, water and oil in a small bowl. Add egg mixture to Pancake Mix. Add more water for thinner pancakes. Blend well. Let stand 5 minutes.
Cook on a hot oiled griddle about 3 to 4 minutes, until browned on both sides.
