Melissa,
This is in my slow cooker right now. I can't wait til morning. I am taking it to work, so I quadrupled the recipe. It's in a 6 quart slow cooker. I'll rate it tomorrow. Thank you for sharing.

Melissa,
My co-workers loved this oatmeal!! I am already planning on making it again because my husband loves oatmeal ans there wasn't much left over to bring home. LOL. The part that I quadrupled was the apple mixture. The oatmeal misture was way too much to fit in the crock pot so I did 5 cups of oatmeal and 9 cups of water and it turned out great! Thank You for sharing. This will be one recipe I will keep close at hand.

Could I make this without the apples?
