combine the flour ,asafoetida,chilli powder,salt,butter or oil and sesame seeds. add water little by little and make it a smooth dough.
keep aside for some time (at least 15-20 minutes)
make small balls.meanwhile heat oil or butter in a pan.
press the balls in between your palm to make it a small round.deep fry in the hot oil until it turns golden brown in colour.
take out from oil and dry in a absorbent paper
NOTE:- fry in medium heat so that the inside is also cooked and it becomes crispy..store in a air tight container.
