shredded cheese

How To Make ham and egg pockets

1Heat oven to 350
-
2Place 2 pieces of foil on work surface and spray with cooking spray

3Place a tortilla on the foil

4Place ham in middle of the tortilla (make sure it's flat)

5Place cheese in the middle of the ham (form a ring)

6Crack an egg into the cheese ring

7Fold the bottom and top of the tortilla edges in

8Then the left and right sides to form a package
-
9Wrap in foil
-
10Do not turn upside down
-
11Place on a baking tray

12Bake 25 minutes

13Unwrap immediately - serve hot
