  • tortillas
  • thin sliced ham
  • eggs
  • shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper

How To Make ham and egg pockets

    Heat oven to 350

    Place 2 pieces of foil on work surface and spray with cooking spray
  • 3
    Place a tortilla on the foil
  • 4
    Place ham in middle of the tortilla (make sure it's flat)
  • 5
    Place cheese in the middle of the ham (form a ring)

    Crack an egg into the cheese ring
  • 7
    Fold the bottom and top of the tortilla edges in

    Then the left and right sides to form a package

    Wrap in foil

    Do not turn upside down

    Place on a baking tray

    Bake 25 minutes

    Unwrap immediately - serve hot
