This is a very versatile granola recipe. Add whatever you like to make it your own. Very easy. Kids will love this.

Ingredients

15 c
old fashioned oatmeal (not quick cooking)
1 1/2 c
brown sugar
1 1/3 c
canola oil
1 c
honey
1 Tbsp
salt
1 Tbsp
vanilla
1 1/2 c
almonds, slivered
1 c
dried cranberries

Directions Step-By-Step

Pour one large container of Old fashioned oatmeal into a large bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar. Mix together well. I use my hands to mix it well.

Mix together oil, honey, salt, vanilla and add to oatmeal and brown sugar. Mix well. Add almonds and cranberries.
Use whatever nuts and add ins you want.

Bake for 15 minutes at 250*.
