Oikos Greek Yogurt Container Of course, you can experiement with different fruits. On the container it also had 1/2 tbsp of ground flax seeds - YUK! - I don't think so!

Ingredients For fruit 'n oatmeal parfait

1 coikos honey greek yogurt

1/4 coatmeal, (quick cooking oats)

1/2 cdried sour cherries
-
1/2 cpear, sliced into thin pieces

2 Tbspchopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)
How To Make fruit 'n oatmeal parfait

1In two 6 oz. reuseable containers with lids, layer a quarter of the yogurt, oatmeal, cherries, pears, nuts & (if using) flax. Repeat layers, ending witha sprinkling of flax seed (again if using).

2Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to overnight for oatmeal to soften.
