Cinnabon Pancakes

I tried this recipe and it became a family favorite. I make them for special occasions.

Stove Top

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
flour
3 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
4 tsp
baking powder
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
2
eggs beaten
1 c
milk
2 Tbsp
maple syrup
1/4 c
melted butter
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract

TO MAKE FROSTING

1 c
confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp
melted butter
2 Tbsp
milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the dry ingredients together.

Add the wet ingredients and whisk together until well combined.

For the frosting:

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and a pouring consistency. If too thick add more milk, if too thin, add more sugar.

Preheat a griddle or large saute pan over medium heat. Pour amounts onto pan, wait until you see small bubbles on pancake and flip. Wait about 30 seconds or so until cooked through. Repeat

Use maple syrup over pancakes and drizzle frosting over top. Enjoy!
