cucumber ranch dressing
Slice muffins and toast.
Mix the ranch dressing and Tabasco well.
Cook the bacon until crisp. drain on a paper towel. Break slices in half.
Peel and pit the avocado. Thinly slice.
Melt the butter in a skillet and scramble the eggs.. Spread each muffin bottom with 1T ranch mixture.
Divide the scrambled eggs evenly on the 4 bottoms.
Add 2 slices(4 halves) bacon to each.
Top each with 1/4 of the avocado slices. Cover with the muffin tops.
