Betty's Tomatoe Gravy

- bacon slices with no nitrates
- 1/4 c
- self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp
- fresh cracked black pepper
- sea salt
- 1 can(s)
- organic petite diced tomatoes
1Fry bacon til crisp, save for later. Put flour in drippings, cook til light brown with pepper & salt. Add tomatoes, and jalapenos, onions, bell peppers, if desired. Simmer 5 - 10 mins. Serve hot with homemade biscuits, scrambled eggs and green onions.
2Sprinkle with bacon or serve on the side with more added.
