Another easy, tasty breakfast treat. Add any toppings of your choice-milk, syrup or eat as is. Tastes the same reheated.
This is another oldie and I do not remember where it came from.

Ingredients

3 cups
quick cooking oats
1 cup
brown sugar, packed
2 tsp.
baking powder
1 tsp.
salt
1 tsp.
cinnamon
1 tsp.
vanilla
1 cup
milk
2
eggs, beaten
1/2 cup
butter, melted

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease, or spray Pam, into 8" square dish.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Spoon into greased dish.

Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
