Coat a griddle with cooking spray. Heat. Mix the biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon and allspice in large mixer bowl. Add evaporated milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat til smooth. Pour batter by tablespoonfuls onto griddle. Cook til tops are bubbly and edges dry. Turn. Cook til the bottoms are golden. Serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
