Almond Muffins - Stephanie
Beat filling; set aside. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix dry ingredients. Add flour and milk alternately. Add extract and almonds. Fill muffin tins 1/2 full. Spoon approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons in each muffin. Top filling with muffin batter. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 400 degrees. ENJOY!
