Ingredients

all purpose flour
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 lb
thick sliced bacon
2 TO 3 Tbsp
cooking oil

Directions Step-By-Step

ON A SHEET OF WAXED PAPER, COMBINE THE FLOUR ,SALT & PEPPER (SET ASIDE)

IN A HEAVY SKILLET HEAT OIL TO MED. HIGH HEAT

COAT EACH SLICE OF BACON IN FLOUR MIXTURE AND FRY UNTIL CRISPY AND GOLDEN BROWN. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL

I will be trying this!!! All of these southern recipes are great!! I was born and raised in Upstate NY, after trying your recipes everyone will think I was raised in the South!!! lol
