pork shoulder, fat removed
3/4 c
oatmeal

whole nutmeg, grated
3 tsp
salt

heaping tsp. sage

heaping tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut pork into small even pieces. Combine with other ingredients using fine grinder. Put through grinder twice. Shape into patties. Cook as desired.
