*bacon, fried and drained well
*favorite pancake mix..mix according to directions on box
syrup (recommending butter pecan is awesome!


1Fry bacon until crispy...drain well on paper towels to remove all grease; set aside.
2Mix pancake batter according to directions on box..the amount of batter you use will depend on how many strips of bacon you piece per (long) pancake....see picture above.
3Lay precooked bacon strip on electric griddle or frypan..that has been sprayed with pam or 1 T. of oil spread on surface so pancakes don't stick. You can also use butter. Take batter and pour slowly over the length of the bacon. Cook until each side is golden brown...Serve with your favorite syrup, and a couple of fried eggs on the side.
