This is also great as a dessert or a snack. It's low-fat and healthy: a lean protein, fruit that's full of antioxidants and fiber, and a whole grain. Easy to prepare and easy to look at!

Ingredients

6 oz
greek non-fat yogurt
1/4 c
raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
1/4 c
blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
2 Tbsp
your favorite crunchy whole-grain cereal
pinch
ground cinnamon
2 tsp
dark chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Layer half of the yogurt, then raspberries. Dust the berries with cinnamon, sprinkle with half of the cereal and the chocolate chips.
2Repeat second layer, this time with blueberries.
