blueberry muffin mix
crisco shortening for shallow frying
Wash blueberries and set aside.
Combine dry muffin mix and flour, then stir in milk and eggs. (Just until ingredients are moist)
Gently fold in blueberries.
Form small balls by hand and drop into a 1 inch depth of crisco.
Fry until brown then flip once. When done frying place on paper towels to drain.
Shake warm muffin balls in a bag containing the sugar and cinnamon.
