Spicy Breakfast Tacos

A spicy breakfast to help wake you up. Any type of hot sauce will work, I used Louisiana. We loved this, so hot and delish!

1 cup chorizo sausage
8 small flour tortillas
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mexican cheese
1 teaspoon lousiana hot sauce
salsa and sour cream (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

In a skillet add the chorizo sausage into the skillet until fully cooked. Remove from heat. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into a separate skillet. Cook and stir until fully cooked. Add the sausage and stir. Remove from heat.
Heat tortillas. Top with the scrambled egg and sausage mixture, add hot sauce, and top with cheese. (salsa and sour cream are some topping suggestions).
