Ingredients

10 medium
shrimp
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 pinch
salt and pepper
6
eggs
1/4 c
asparagus, fresh
1/4 stick
butter
1 pkg
hollandaise sauce
1 pt
garlic and herb seasoning
2 Tbsp
bacon bits

Step-By-Step

1prepare hollandaise sauce according to directions on packet ** cook on low in a small sauce pan careful not to burn sauce
2place butter into medium warm pan, swirl until melted
3add shrimp and asparagus to pan
4sprinkle on minced garlic, salt, pepper and garlic herb seasoning
5stir for 2-4 minutes until shrimp is cooked and asparagus is tender
6scramble eggs in a bowl, then add to contents of pan
7reduce heat to low then slowly fold eggs until cooked
8serve on a plate with hollandaise sauce then sprinkle with bacon bits
