Evelyn's Breakfast Casserole

- hot sausage, or 2 cups chopped ham
- eggs, or 6 for a large casserole
- 1 c
- medium cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 slice
- bread, crumbled
- 2 c
- milk, or 4 if a large casserole
- 1/2 tsp
1Cook sausage or ham until golden brown. Drain all grease off before using.
2Mix sausage (or ham), eggs, milk and salt. Layer bread and cheese. Then pour egg mixture over bread. Continue to layer until you use all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes or until golden brown.
3If you want to make a Broccoli Casserole use: 2 pkgs. of cooked Broccoli, and one can cream of mushroom soup. Use only one cup of milk in making this casserole.
