use any veggie or meat or cheese you like and try things out. I like to add garlic powder when I do chicken and asparagus quiche.

- half and half
- 1 c
- cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp
- freeze dried chives
- 6 slice
- turkey bacon (or regular) cooked and diced
- 1 tsp
- kosher salt
- pie crust shell ( i use the refrigerator kind that you buy)
1cook bacon until crispy, cool and dice. Put to the side.
2roll out pie crust and place in pie pan.
3in a bowl, add half and half, salt, pepper, freeze dried onions,eggs, and nutmeg...mix.
4add bacon and cheese, mix
5let sit one minute and pour into pie shell...make sure you get all the stuff and shake it so everything is fairly even.
6bake for 45 mins.
