- whipping cream
- 1/2 c
- all purpose flour
- large eggs
- 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2In a large bowl whip eggs, whipping cream and salt, until fluffy. Fold in flour.
3Pour mixture into four lightly buttered/oiled 9-inch cake pans.
4Bake at 450 degrees F - 15 to 20 minutes.
5Serve warm. Good with sliced seasonal berries or warmed fruit pie filling. yummy
