- hard-cooked eggs, peeled

- all-purpose flour

- 6 slice
- slices bread, toasted
- salt and pepper to taste
1peel the eggs and chop them. Leave some good-sized egg chunks intact.
2Melt the butter in a skillet.
3Stir in the flour. Cook over medium heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.
4Add the milk gradually. Cook until thickened (stirring constantly).
5Add the eggs and add salt and pepper.
6Serve the creamed eggs on top of the toast.
