Country Breakfast Pizza

My family and friends love this breakfast pizza because you can use almost anything you like for breakfast and it's fast and easy

4 1/2 c
all purpose baking mix
1 pkg
active dry yeast, mixed in warm water
1 1/3 c
water, warm
1 pkg
breakfast sausage, cooked
1 pkg
real bacon bits
eggs, slightly beaten with 4 tbsp of water
5 pkg
breakfast gravy, or premade gravy
8 c
cheddar cheese, shredded


1Mix warm water and yeast together, wait 5 minutes. Using a large mixing bowl add baking mix, add yeast mix once yeast is dissolved. Mix until dough form a ball, lightly grease a bowl and dough cover with plastic wrap or towel and sit in a warm place til it doubles. Should make about 4 pizzas.
2Roll or spread dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan.
Spread gravy on dough, now add your toppings and cheese. Now drizzle egg mixture on top of pizza. Bake 20-25 minutes, 400* degree. Until cheese is bubbling and lightly brown. Makes 4 pizzas
