Ingredients

1 pkg
hashbrowns, cubed
1 medium
green bell pepper, diced
1 medium
orange bell pepper, diced
1 medium
onion, diced
1/2 lb
bacon
3 large
eggs
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1Fry the bacon in open skillet. Once it is crispy, remove from skillet. But save the bacon drippings.

2Add the hashbrowns to skillet. cook for 8 minutes. Than add onion and bell peppers. Cook until hashbrowns are done.

3crumble the bacon. Add it back to the skillet.

4Beat the eggs, add to the hashbrowns. Cook throughly. Top with cheese. When cheese is melted...it is ready to eat!
