Bunyan's Diabetic Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

8
refrigerated crescent rolls
1 lb
bulk pork sausage
1 small
onion, finely diced
1 c
frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c
shredded chedder cheese
5 large
eggs
1/4 c
milk
2 Tbsp
freshly grated parmesan cheese
sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375
2On an ungreased pizza pan, place the separated crescent rolls with the points to the center, press to completely cover the bottom of the pan
3Saute the sausage in a skillet until crumbly, add the onion and cook until translucent, drain the grease
4Spread sausage & onion over the crust,then the hash browns, then the cheese
5In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, sea salt & cracked pepper
6Pour over the crust
7Sprinkle the freshly grated parmesan over the top
8Bake 25 to 35 minutes!
