Ingredients

6 slice
canadian bacon
2 c
hashed brown potatoes
2 c
egg substitute
16
flour tortillas, fat free
8 Tbsp
salsa

Step-By-Step

1Brown bacon and hash browns in skillet.
2Combine egg substitute and salsa in bowl, pour into skillet and stir occasionally until cooked through.
3Spoon into flour tortillas (fajita size), and roll up.
4These may be frozen. To serve, place in microwave, covered, and heat for 1 minute per burrito.
