the amounts of ingredients is a guess as I invented it while making breakfast and discovered my wife had bought refrigerator biscuits instead of crescent rolls because 'they were cheaper". I was thought to cook by an old chef that seldom measured anything. it was always "a handful" or "a pinch". I would lay out a half sheet of dough, scramble the eggs mix everything together, place it on the dough, and add the other half of the dough on top, seal the edges and bake @375 for 15 min. with this recipe you do not cook the eggs as that is what binds everything together when you bake it.
place onions, garlic, and green bell pepper in frying pan and cook till onions are clear. set aside with sausage
fry hash browns to desired brownness and place in a bowel.
separate biscuits and using a rolling pin roll out to about 1/8th inch thick and place them in a cupcake pan like a pie crust. NOTE. (doing this now gives other ingredients time to cool enough so they don't cook the eggs when you mix them in)
mix eggs, sausage, onion bell pepper garlic mixture, cheese, and hash browns adding salt and pepper to taste and spoon into the biscuit Minnie pie crusts
