Momma's Breakfast Quiche

This was the first quiche I ever made.

Ingredients

1 lb
breakfast sausage
1 1/2 lb
cheddar cheese, shredded

eggs
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
6 slice
bread, sandwich (no crust)

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown sausage and drain

Beat eggs and milk together

Place bread on bottom of 9X13 pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Layer grated cheese, crumbled sausage and pour egg and milk mixture completely over the whole pan.

Let sit (covered) in refrigerator over night.
preheat oven 350 degrees and cook 55 minutes covered. Then cook 5:minutes uncovered
