This was the first quiche I ever made.

Ingredients

1 lb
breakfast sausage
1 1/2 lb
cheddar cheese, shredded
7
eggs
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
6 slice
bread, sandwich (no crust)

Step-By-Step

1Brown sausage and drain
2Beat eggs and milk together
3Place bread on bottom of 9X13 pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4Layer grated cheese, crumbled sausage and pour egg and milk mixture completely over the whole pan.
5Let sit (covered) in refrigerator over night.
preheat oven 350 degrees and cook 55 minutes covered. Then cook 5:minutes uncovered
